In-person Reiki

Wear comfortable clothes and get ready to relax in a room designed to help you heal.

Distance Reiki

Get to the heart of Reiki with a distance session at a time and place most convenient to you.

  • Take 15 minutes to get comfortable and quiet as I send Reiki to you over the phone or Zoom. Using video to see me is not necessary, but some clients feel it helps them feel connected.

Similar to an in-person session, you lie or sit comfortably and breathe. Distance sessions tend to be more powerful and complete more quickly. Frequent distance sessions train you to carry the ease of a Reiki session with you throughout your day.

Chakra Sync

Seven-day ongoing energy flow with live daily morning check-ins to balance your chakras. Each day is dedicated to a chakra beginning with Root and ending with Crown.

The flow is directed towards the Chakra of the Day. This is an opportunity to check in with yourself about the Chakra of the Day through my guided centering meditation.

  • Do you feel overwhelmed by other people’s emotions? Learn my 4 Pillars for thriving as an empath. We will cover grounding, protection, learning to flow, and more through breathing, meditation, visualizations, movement, and a bit of Reiki.

  • Learn to get into your flow when you are struggling against the current. This technique will help you go through life with grace and ease while preventing the accumulation of stress.

  • Add balance to your body one chakra at a time. During each week of this 7-week course, you will focus on learning the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual duties of each chakra. Employ a variety of techniques like yoga poses, guided meditations, and color work to soothe and support each chakra into balance. One chakra per week for seven weeks. This is a great class to delve deeper into understanding each chakra.

  • Learn to heal yourself and others with Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki accelerated certification class.

  • Deepen and expand your understanding of Reiki. Receive Reiki Master attunement, learn new symbols & how to teach Reiki if called to do so.

    Students must hold a Level II certification or higher.
